CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation fees apply if you wish to cancel your tour:
30 to 15 days before arrival: 25% of total booking
14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of total booking
7 days or less: 100% of total booking
No-show: 100% of total booking
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend holding comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen emergencies. CapeTowning maintains passenger and public liability insurance.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
While every precaution is taken for your safety, welfare, and the care of your possessions, you agree to hold blameless and indemnify CapeTowning Tours, its guides, and associated organizations from any loss, damage, illness, or injury during your tour or activity. The company reserves the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, and transport should circumstances or weather conditions require.
PAYMENT TERMS
A reservation requires a 50% deposit of the total booking price.
The deposit is fully refundable if cancelled at least 31 days before arrival.
The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
